Jonathan Evans, Chairperson comments; “I can’t wait for show day! We have a fantastic event lined-up, which the team have been busy planning for the last 12 months, which embraces this year’s theme celebrating Mirfield’s part in our region’s heavy woolen heritage. There’s so much to see and do for the entire family from sheep racing, to live egg-hatching, as well as watching local bands over on the music stage. I’m also looking forward to meeting our show opener Leila Higgins and her family who will be representing TimeStep Community Dance group.

“I would like to thank all our generous sponsors, particularly our gold sponsors Riva Homes and Orange Design Studio for their support which helps us put on a great family day. The show is organised entirely by a committee of volunteers whose passion and dedication help make the show bigger and better each year.

With the weather set to be a scorcher, we are hoping for a bumper turnout and our best show ever! ”

She takes part in weekly  group’s cheer sessions and private pilate classes and she hopes to do group ballet in the future.
